Providing top customer service is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days with your receipt, and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: customercare@fremobeverage.com.

* A full refund is available within 30 days of receipt.
* Exchange is available within 60 days of receipt.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns from free shipping orders are subject to shipping fee deductions.
* We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.
* To ensure that your return is handled properly and without delay, please follow these steps to send merchandise back to us:

1) Contact us for a Return Authorization #.
2) Place Return Authorization # clearly on the label or shipping package.
3) Include current contact information, a copy of the invoice with your Return Authorization #, and instructions detailing the reason for return.
