When do I receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. All orders are shipped within 48 hours. UPS Ground takes between 1-5 business days. We ship your order based on our closest warehouse to your location that has inventory of the items you ordered.


How can I check the status of my order?
A: To get the status of your order, simply go to FremoBeverage.com web site and click ORDER STATUS button. You will need login information.


I lost my password. How can I get it?
A: Go to FremoBeverage.com web site and go to LOGIN page. You will see FORGOT PASSWORD. Simply put your email address, and you will receive your username and password.


Can I expedite my order?
A: Yes. For an expedited order, please contact us.


Is there an minimum order?
A: All products are sold in boxes only for both Retail and Wholesale Customers. Wholesale customers can purchase in pallets or by container.


Can I return products?
A: Yes. A full refund is available within 30 days of receipt. Exchange is available within 60 days of receipt.


What is the return process and policy?

I am a wholesaler. How can I get a business account?
A: To get a business account (wholesale account), complete BUSINESS ACCOUNT APPLICATION FORM. Click here to go to the form. Your application will be reviewed. One the account has been approved, you will be notified by email or phone. Then you will be able to place order online.


How can I use discount coupon code?
A: When you checkout, you will be asked to enter DISCOUNT CODE to get the appropriate discount. The discount will be deducted from the total price.


For business (wholesale) account, can I use credit card to order?
A: No. For wholesale orders, only COD, MONEY ORDER or CHECK is accepted. We do not accept credit card payment for business (wholesale) orders.


How do I view wholesale pricing?
A: You must login as a business user to view wholesale pricing.
